"Unleashed"
Some of the artists at Arch Enterprises had the opportunity to participate in a workshop at the City Arts Centre with Erik Visser, a local artist that uses a technique called "paint throwing."
Our thanks go out to everyone who contributed to the success of this event!
On the evening of July 8th, families and friends enjoyed an exhibit of the artists' works here at Arch Enterprises. Sixteen very unique paintings continue to grace the walls throughout our building.
On Friday December 3rd, Arch Enterprises celebrated International Day of Persons with Disabilities with a morning coffee and pastry breakfast. We had a number of guests also join us to celebrate this event. Many thanks to the clients and staff for their work in making this an enjoyable day!
2010 - December
On the afternoon of December 3rd, Arch Enterprises hosted our annual Long Service Award event. Congratulations to our 2010 Long Service Award recipients!
We were honored to have Jackie Parnell introduce and present Barry Samons with the inaugural "Reg Parnell Volunteer Recognition Award". Jackie offered heartfelt words that reminded us all of her father's countless volunteer hours spent with clients in our greenhouse. Jackie's speech was followed by Barry's gracious acceptance of the award. Barry also offered a number of memories regarding the time he spent working alongside his friend, Reg.
2011 - April
The Gallery at Milner will be home to many works of art throughout the month of April. "Imagine That", an art show featuring the artists at Arch Enterprises will run from April 1st to April 30th, 2011. Some poetry will accompany the artwork during the Edmonton Poetry Festival, which runs from April 25 to April 30, 2011. Please come and celebrate with us at the grand opening.

2011 - November
On Wednesday November 30th, Arch Enterprises will celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Staff and clients are hosting an afternoon presentation program for clients, staff, volunteers, and any family members who are able to drop in.
Given the special significance of this day, it seemed an appropriate time to also acknowledge our long service staff and volunteers. On this afternoon, Arch Enterprises will host a Long Service Award event. This year, we are celebrating the long term contributions made by Kamal Toor.

The Reg Parnell Volunteer Award
Through a gracious donation from the family of our long time volunteer, Reg Parnell, (Dec 11, 1913 - Sept 23, 2010) Arch Enterprises is proud to announce that our 2011 Award recipient is Ms. Margaret Wilson.
The "Reg Parnell Volunteer Award" will be presented to Margaret in conjunction with Arch Enterprises' annual Long Service Award program.
